About Role

As a Tele Sales Executive at Jay Developers, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, promoting our real estate projects, and converting potential clients into satisfied customers. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving the success of our sales team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, emails, and other communication methods.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide detailed information about our real estate projects, and answer any queries they may have.
  • Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by building strong relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the client database with accurate and current information.
  • Follow-up: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and to secure repeat business.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitors' activities, and new project launches.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, lead conversion, and client feedback to the sales manager.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
    • Ability to handle objections and solve problems effectively.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
